If we make a mistake, we will cover all costs involved to resolve the issue.

Cut-Lengths of Rope under 100 Ft are non-returnable. 

Custom Spliced Good Orders are non-returnable.

Special Order Products are non-returnable. 

All other purchases are returnable but may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).
