Subject to change without notice. All online orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment.  

Cut Length Rope Orders - Conditions
R&W Rope offers up to three (3) cuts for free per individual order of a product. Customers requiring more than 3 cuts will be subject to a labor fee. That fee is dependent on the diameter and material of the line. A customer service rep will contact the customer to inform of any additional charges before the order is completed.

R&W Rope accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

Order Fulfillment Policy
Standard orders are shipped within 48 hours of their receipt (excepting holidays). If a product is sold out, customers will receive a notification within 48 hours with product availability. Pre-spliced rope products are made to order and will ship within 7 business days.

The R&W Rope Guarantee
We guarantee every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products or it does not perform to your expectations, we will make good your purchase. R&W Rope reserves the right to inspect products before providing replacement, refund, or other solution.
